About Precision Construction
Founder Aaron Palacios was born into the industry, learning the trade firsthand from his father, a general contractor. Growing up on job sites, he developed a deep understanding of construction, project management, and quality craftsmanship.
Education & Big-Scale Experience
After earning a degree in Business Management, Aaron returned to the construction world, beginning his career as a Project Engineer in the Greater Bay Area. He worked on large-scale commercial projects, including:
Stanford Medical Centers, Stanford University Campus, Yahoo Campus, Google Campus, And other major commercial developments.
After years of gaining valuable experience in commercial construction, Aaron decided to take his expertise back home.

With years of experience in commercial construction, Aaron founded Precision Construction to bring big-project expertise to residential and commercial clients on the Central Coast. His vision was to provide the same level of efficiency, planning, and quality control found in large-scale projects to local homeowners and business owners.
